Does anybody have a menu with the wine pairing for each dish?

I don't have a menu, but we ate there twice a few weeks ago. The wine pairings were good, but *very* expensive. I think we paid $22 a glass for a cab...

I would think it changes on a regular basis depending on what wines are available at the moment. In every restaurant where I have done wine pairings they were decent, serviceable, and completely forgettable when done. For me, I would assume WDW is no different.

I don't but we actually asked the CM for recommendations based upon what we we ordered and our own wine preferences (I don't like red wine). So glad we did this as the CM recommended a wine I was CONVINCED I was going to hate. He told us not to worry if I ended up not liking it. Oh my gosh! It was so, so, SO good and went with our meal perfectly.

I think this is the best thing to do. I would think Jiko has a someone who knows the wines well enough to pair them correctly.

We had a great CM as our server when we ate at Jiko. She asked us what we like in terms of wines, we told her we didn't have a lot of experience with wine and she recommended one for and my wife and I that wasn't something we would have thought to try. We both really enjoyed it with our dinner. The best part was, it didn't break the bank. It was only $9 a glass. Ive always been hesitant of going with what the server recommends in fear of it being the highest priced wine they have We also attended the Jiko Wine Tasting. Our CM from the night before was our host. She did a great job teaching us about wines and how to order when eating at a restaurant. I highly recommend the wine tasting to anyone who is new to wine.
