Wine and Dine Spectator Finish Party

Hi everyone,

We will be at WDW during the Food and Wine Half Marathon. We won't be participating in the race but some friends will be. We thought we might purchase a ticket and spend a few hours with them after the race. Do the characters meet during the Finish Party? It is the same ones that were meeting on the run? Any idea how late they usually meet until? What time does the party usually finish?
