I did the same thing with my Disneyland confirmations...Proof of Time submission for that one just opened a few days ago and I was so relieved to log into that site and see my name there!

So, I checked yes for the commemorative pin for both the half and 5k, but I don't think they charged me. Will that charge be separate? Mine and DH was same price and only one had the commemorative pin.

Someone on the facebook page said the wait time said 17 minutes. But I went to the RD page, clicked the link, and it took me right through (where I promptly closed it). I wonder what is going on over there...

No it is charged at the same time. You have to check two boxes I think. But not to worry, you can go back and purchase the commemorative items later. You will receive a More Magic confirmation for them, just as you did for your registration.
