We are looking at a house owned by Yogesh Patel on Sun Palm Drive.

I Googled the street that the house is on and it is not on the road by the sewage facility but it is one block over. Can someone possibly Google that address and tell me if you think that I would have a problem? I don't want to email the guy and ask him if his villa stinks. :0

Thanks,

Hmmm..just my $.02, but I just looked on AllStarVacationHomes.com, and they have some of the larger homes that are well above the stinky area.

I don't know if I'd take a chance being just a block or so away from the odor.

Hi

I Own a house on king palm circle on WP and i rent it out very well and i have never has a complaint from any guest about the sewer works and sun palm is further away so i would say you would be o.k

Thanks

Dan

We stayed on Wyndham Palms Way last Jan. and could definitely smell the sewage plant in the mornings when we stepped outside. It looks like Sun Palm Dr. is very close to where we were. I have to say that, although we did notice the smell, I had no idea at the time what it was and it did not adversely affect our stay.

It's going to depend on which way the wind is blowing. Even a few blocks away from the plant will stink if the wind is blowing in the right direction.
