Windsor Palms house?

Last trip we stayed in a townhouse at Windsor Hills. It was great, but I'm thinking I'd like a private pool/hot tub this time. Wondering if we can get a house in WP for the price of a townhouse in WH?

Any suggestions?

Check with romancing the mouse. Because their pricing was all inclusive - (included taxes, pool heat, BBQ) we were not able to find a better deal anywhere.

I just finished the process of "shopping" for a house for next winter. Windsor Palms seemed to be cheaper than Windsor Hills at every turn. Houses went for a minimum of 3 hundred dollars less for 10 days, often a lot more. I must have heard back from 50 owners.
It's too bad that many of them can't see the forest for the trees. Owners who offer a good price, good value right off the bat are showing very booked calendars - they'd rather charge a reasonable rate and have their units rented more. Some owners, hoping to get the big buck throw out these quotes that are 5 hundred to twelve hundred dollars more than we ended up paying. I guess those are the ones who don't really care if they rent or not. And then there's the ones who you request a quote and all they do is send you a link to their listing.
We ended up finding a very nice 5 bedroom/3 bath in Windsor Palms on VRBO for $1300 for 10 days in February with an owner who was very responsive and had good reviews. We were very happy with that.

We have stayed many times at Windsor Palms and loved it. This year we are trying Indian Creek since it seems to be a little closer and less expensive. The place we picked has an air conditioned game room. That won it for my kids. So no windsor Creek, no Windsor Palms -- Indian Creek with a pool, gameroom, xbox 360, PS2 4 br, 3 ba and air conditioned game room...It was a clear winner for us.
