Windsor Hills - which house?

We've got almost 2 years to plan, but there are BIG personalities with BIG opinions involved so we need to start early.

Will be headed to Disney in December of 2013 with our two boys (4 and 5 at that time) and one set of grandparents. Would like a house with 4 bedrooms and at least 2 full bathrooms. I've been checking out Windsor Hills and it looks great, but there are soooo many choices! I love the fact that we will have our own pool, plus the clubhouse pool. Having a kitchen and laundry will be very helpful as well.

So, do any of you have a favorite house? Are there any with good views of the fireworks? Or is that restricted to the townhomes? I see the townhomes advertise the fireworks view, but not the homes. Is one in a better location wrt the pool, playground, etc.?

Also, is there a different neighborhood we should try looking at?

the townhouses are just higher up - so they do have a better view of the fireworks.

emerald island - was a good pick and I think they get a better view - no tall building or hills between them and the fireworks (I think)

Fireworks aren't that impressive from WH or EI. It's too far away and you can usually only see the highest ones. One thing to remember is that if the listing says a fireworks view from the pool then that means the pool is facing north. You won't get much sun on the pool area especially in Dec.

This house has lots of great reviews, too, you can read on vrbo or homeaway. I think it would be a good fit for your family. I recommend booking early, though, as you can see on their availability calendar that it fills up fast.
