Windsor Hills what is provided and what will I need to buy

Hi we are staying at Windsor Hills in October. I know it can differ on homeowners, but what can I reasonably expect to have furnished and what will I need to purchase in terms of toilet paper, soap, coffee filters etc?

I'm trying to make a grocery list of things I can pack in a a suitcase (like bar soap, snacks that travel well, coffee filters) and things I will need to buy once I get there (bottled water, refrigerated items, etc.)

We are frequent renters and bring all the items you mentioned. Toilet paper rolls pack well if you flatten them first. We also bring paper towel, garbage back, salt and pepper, Pam, shampoo, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, and laundry supplies. We always drive and just pack all of this in a foot locker. It sounds like a lot, but you can buy most of it at the Dollar Tree.

Things I bring: dishwasher pkts, garbage bags, cone and flat bottom coffee filters, sunscreen, hand & bath soap/shampoo/conditioner that I've pilfered from other hotels, Starbucks Via, pkts of salt/pepper/mayo/mustard from fast food places, sometimes a flask of Johnny Walker scotch if we don't think we'll need the whole bottle.

Last trip our flight arrived very late and we brought instant oatmeal for our first morning breakfast, as we wouldn't have time to shop until later that day.

I tried the laundry detergent sheets but decided it was cheaper just to buy the cheapest bottle of liquid laundry detergent. I usually do at least one small load of laundry every day.

Most things we just buy there. The grocery prices in Orlando are comperable to what we pay here in Iowa, no sense weighing down the luggage unless there is a considerable savings or if I feel it will be environmentally wasteful, like using 7 coffee filters or 7 garbage bags out of a pkg of 100.

Homes provide a complimentary roll of tissue, paper towels and a trash bag. Some may provide small shampoo, a few dishwasher tabs, small bar of soap and that's about it.

I would ask the owner directly what is provided in the home. Some provide a lot more then others. They are all individually owned so they will vary.

Thank you Northriver for your helpful information. We are flying in too so we will buy most stuff there but it helps me to make a list now, so I'm not standing in the grocery store late at night trying to remember what I need. Probably won't need the flask but will bring the corkscrew for a bottle (or two) of wine.

I am sure many homes would have a corkscrew you may not have to bother at all.
