Windsor Hills vs. Windsor Palms

Can anyone tell me the differences between these 2 resorts? We stayed in Windsor Hills last August and loved it.

We have stayed in both and really the only difference is the pool at WH has a slide and WH is a bit closer to WDW than WP. Other than that, they seemed identical to me!

Both were built by the same developer, first Windsor Palms then Windsor Hills. If you want a new villa, they are still building at Windsor Hills on the Reserve.

I CANNOT emphasize enough...stay at Hills - not palms as Palms is near a water treatment plant and we were just there and you could REALLY smell it!! Hills is further from the plant and you cannot smell it.

They are very similar with similar amenities. They are by the same builder.

Windsor Palms is fully built and is smaller than Windsor Hills. IMHO you can walk easily to the clubhouse from all homes at WP, not necessarily as easy in WH.

They are both close to WDW, the difference in drive times is a couple of minutes!

Someone mentioned about newer homes. I know a few owners and it is not the age of the home that is the issue, but make sure that the home is maintained well.

Find a home you like - that is IMHO the most important thing!
