No but it looks awesome! I love windsor hills, unfortunately they only have 4 nights when I want to go!

The prices seem so much cheaper than anything else I have found in that area. Makes me nervous! Is there any place else I could check on this house?

The prices aren't cheap enough that they would give me any hesitation. It's pretty normal to find a wide variance from homeowner to homeowner, and everything in WH is pretty new.

There are some folks around the boards with links to county auditors web sites where you can check out the owners of different properties. You need to find out the name of the person renting the home, then check the tax site to make sure they still really do own it.

Considering the size of it, I'd say the prices arent bad. Thats one big house!
