and all I can say the pictures are spot on, the place was spotless and we were able to get in around 12:30
Pool was GREAT, the guard that the gate was FABULOUS

Dont hesitate to book here!

I was in that unit from the 3rd to the 17th! I wonder if the week between us was occupied by a Bucks County Disser!! The only thing that I had a problem with is that there is no lights in the parking area. I didn't even use the pool or spa because all of our time was spent in the parks. Remember, you have to wash the towels before you leave. There is a notice above the washer/dryer concerning this. We didn't see it until a couple of days before we left. And it is so easy to get to the parks from there-especially Animal Kingdom-it is almost right around the corner-6 or 7 minutes away. Have a magical time!!

Their website says NO towel washing required ... but there is a sign in the unit stating that you must wash the towels? That seems odd. Is the towel washing a new policy? We are considering staying with this company. I don't mind if towels need to be started (or at least in dryer) before we check out, however, if the website says 1 thing and a sign in the unit says another, it leads me to believe that the towels would not be the only thing that is not as offered on their website.

I complained about that in my TR. I think if they want you to wash the towels they should leave you some detergent.

I think that they changed their policy on towel / linen washing. They used to require it but about a year ago changed it so you no longer were required to. I am guessing that they just didn't take down the sign inside the condo. There was a thread on it here somewhere about the change. We have stayed in their condo's twice now and are have been thrilled each time. If only they offered a 4 bedroom option we would be renting again next year.
