Windsor Hills Rental

Hello!
I've noticed a lot of threads about Windsor Hills rentals, but have a question about a specific website. Has anybody used windsorhills.com to rent their townhouse? It seems to be a nice place and I can get it for about the same price as a condo, but the website does not list the owner's names or any reviews. I cannot seem to find any information on the internet about it and have not seen this specific rental mentioned in any of these forums. Thanks so much for any advice!

The townhouse is new this year therefore not many reviews yet.
It looks great!! Too bad our dates are booked.
Looks like the property manager is the one you book through.

Just google the phone number and you'll get some hits.
