Windsor Hills (or Emerald Island) Homes w/Hot Tubs???

I am looking for a home with a hot tub, and only need a 3 bedroom.

Does any of you have any experience with renting a home in either of these areas (townhouse would be fine too) that has a hot tub??

I just booked with fabvillas.com. It was really easy. I just did an inquiry on what I wanted and all the home owners emailed me quotes. It takes a little time to sort through them but it was worth it.
