Windsor Hills Or Close By with Pool

We are looking at a home in Windsor Hills with a pool or our vacation and it's really nice but wondering if anyone has any certain units/owners they recommend more. Or any other town-homes with small pool close to the parks at a reasonable price. I really like the unit I saw but some for less and wasn't sure if the units were that different.
