Windsor Hills Last Minute

Anyone deal with Global Resort Homes? We are looking for a last minute week for mid-March. Anyone have any reputable links for a 2-3 (preferably 3) condo or townhome?

We have not used Global Resort but instead use palm tree vacation homes. Their website is www.closesttodisney.com. They manage a ton of Windsor Hills condos and town houses and almost always have availability and are very reasonable as well. Good Luck!!

not sure what week you need but I've used vrbo.com for a few rentals now including our stay at WH two years ago.

What I like about vrbo is that you can see exactly what the condo/home looks like before renting. I saw one on there for the week of the 12th and it was $625 for the week. Great deal!

You may want to check www.floridasunvacationhomes.com. This is the management company we use. Sometimes, they have specials on last minute bookings.

Thanks for the info everyone...the problem I have with these web-sites where the owners post their listings is that they never update their calenders.
VRBO had many nice ones that I spent so much time looking at and e-mailing only for them to tell me their booked. It's soooo frustrating!

Don' worry about making a last minute booking with them as they manage a lot of homes (you see their vans all over WHs) and they probably have a fair number of last minute cancellations they are trying to fill for their owners.

YOu don't have to look at each condo, you can put all your info in and they send out the email to all the owners of whatever category you want, for example, all 2 bedrooms, all 3 bedrooms, or both, etc. That way THEY contact you if they are available and tell you the rate, you can negotiate from there.

cey, do you find their units clean? any problems dealing with them, etc...?

disgal, I will check windsorhillsrent.com...I think I already have, but I'll do it again...you never know. Our dates are Mar 13-20 if anyone has anything good.

We always rent the same villa and it was spotless when we checked in last friday. They phoned the first nite to make sure everything was fine, and were here Wednesday morning to check the pool after the rain on Tuesday. The only other management company we have dealt with was USA vacations and we were not happy with their service. Long story, spa and TV problems that they took a long time to repair. We will never rent another villa that they manage.
