Do you still feel that way after you spoke with him post-trip? Just wondering!
Sorry, just saw this now.
No, Dave made everything right after my stay. I should have called him directly during my stay with my concerns regarding the cleaning crew--I don't think the email got the message through to him just how badly the unit needed a deep clean.
The next time we can stay sat-sat we will try him again, and have him personally meet us at the unit and make sure everything is okay.
We are going Thu-Sun next month and are staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek again. I am relieved not to have to worry or fret about the state of the room, as WBC is managed like a hotel and I feel with the rental properties it's more of a crap shoot. But, as I said, I would try Dave's properties again.
