Has anyone rented from Gary Croteau? He has a 3 bedroom condo in Windsor Hills building #4. He is giving us an awesome rate and want to make sure it isn't too good to be true before I put the deposit down.

No, not that low! I got 8 nights for $650 total in December. I've seen the $299 ones, but I think you have to book for certain time frames.
