Windsor Hills Condo Recommendation?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a 3-bedroom condo in Windsor Hills that they have stayed at?

We have stayed at two different condos there before and they were great but they are both booked for our travel dates. I don't need one that is overly Disney themed as my kids won't care. I found some nice ones owned by the same people but every one has the second master done up as a "princess" room. My 14 year-old son is not going to appreciate that.

I'm looking to spend under $800.

The one we rented was managed by http://www.floridasunvacationhomes.com and was very clean. They responded very quickly to a call about the TV in the bedroom and made a good job of our mid stay clean

We rented from this owner at least 6-7 times. There units are excellent and at a great price. The owners were very responsive and nice to work with.
