Windsor Hills condo question

Has anyone stayed in the Windsor Hills condo rented by Rick Rozman? The website is vrbo.com/64214. I've been emailing back and forth with him regarding rates, etc... but I just wanted to see if anyone on the DISboards could provide feedback regarding their experiences with this particular condo/owner. Before sending in 200.00 to reserve, I thought a little more research wouldn't hurt.

We rented at WH from VRBO - we paid by CC & I just checked that they owned the property they were renting out. We had no problems but it wasn't your property, sorry.
