Windsor Hills and the UK Owners

Does anyone know why so many of the homes for rent in Windsor Hills are owned by people in the UK?

Honestly, I've seen so many that I'm just curious why that is.

Honestly, Most of the vacation homes in the disney area are owned by persons overseas. WDW is a very popular place to vacation and it is a good investment for persons overseas. I know a UK owner in Sunset Lakes and they are great people.

I own a home in EI and most of the owners I am friendly with are from the UK. The pound is worth much more to our dollar. They love the sun and spend a lot of time in Fl.
