Windsor Hills and ECV

Has anyone stayed at Windsor Hills and needed an ECV? I'm just wondering how other have dealt with the drop off/pick up of the scooter...usually the rental company drops the scooter off with the resort's front desk, but I don't know if there is anyone at Windsor Hills that would accept the scooter and keep it until our arrival. Maybe someone in their Clubhouse? Please share any experiences you've had....thanks!

Hi Lori,

Probably the best thing would be to call the owner or management company from whom you rented to see if someone will be able to receive it at the home before you arrive and have it there for you and arrange pick-up afterward. You can also have it delivered while you are at the home to receive it, not sure about the pick-up then.

The Windsor Hills management phone number is 407-787-4255 if you want to call and check with them as well, to see what options they may provide, or if it is possible to have it delivered and picked up afterward from there.

We rented an ECV for my MIL while we stayed at WH. The company we rented from was Walker Mobility. They delivered the ECV to WH's clubhouse on our arrival day. There were no problems with the delivery, except we ordered a canopy and it wasn't delivered with the scooter. When it was time to return the ECV, we brought it back to the clubhouse and we were all set. You have to pick it up during the office hours, which were convenient.

Thanks, Catho72! I'm glad to hear that things went so smoothly for you with Walker Mobility as that's who we plan on using.

We did call Walker before I saw your post and confirmed that they would drop the scooter at the Clubhouse. We should be all set!
