Windsor Hill Rent Verified - What does this mean?

I am just wondering what this means. On their website under certain homes it says verifed by Windsor Hills Rent. I am no sure if that is something that is important or not really.

On most site where you see this it means the owners of the site has seen proof -maybe a utility bill say- that shows the home and bills are in the name of the person saying they own it.It is a way of checking ownership- like you can do yourself on the county websites.
