Is this a good program for tagging photos? I'm thinking it works like this: I tag a photo "Millennium long wait" because it's a unique picture, or I could tag pictures "Cedar Point" and "2009" and then search by key words. Is that right? Or can you explain how tagging works?

And does anyone know, when I get a new computer and transfer my pics over to it, will the tags be lost or will they stay with the picture?
