Has anyone ever used the window clings from Dollar Tree?:confused3 Just wondering if they keep color or run off with the morning dew etc. Thanks so much. :goodvibes

I bought them!!! We put them on the car windows for the drive down then put them in the window once we got there. They looked SO cute! No run or problems at all!

I made the mistake of putting the clings on the outside of the window (because that's the nice side) and some were stollen. Then I smartened up and put them on the inside of the window.

I am a teacher and use them all the time. Sometimes they don't want to stick very well but wet them a little and you shouldn't have a problem.

I am on the look out for these for our October trip! I can't wait. ;)

Do you have a local Walgreens drug store near you ? You can go to their photo dept. and make 3 window clings for $15 of your own disigns, I plan on doing this for owu trip using some of the wonderful disigns from our own disign board.

we also went to home depot and got different colored mickey head shaped paint chips ( free ) and taped them to are door and windows

What areas do y'all live in that you're finding the clings?

I have gone to 4 Dollar Trees in my area and none have them nor have the employees ever seen them.

We taped pictures and paint chips to our window one trip and had no problems, however the next trip we did it we had a call from the front desk waiting for us one night stating that we would need to either use suction cups or remove everything from the windows. They were complaining that the tape was on the windows, and if housekeeping had to remove it the next day they would be charging us.
The tape cames off the window without a problem so i don't know what the issue was.

I found the window clings at the dollar tree back in March with the Easter stuff but once Easter was over, I found them in the aisles...but I can't remember which one. Here's a pic of them~

I just bought those same ones you have MissAndrea!! :)
I found my clings in the decorating aisle at Dollar Tree.

I also went to Home Depot and got a ton of the paint chips - I am planning on making a garland-type thing with the heads and ribbon to put in the window.

Our local Target has Camp Rock, HSM, Nemo, The Little Mermaid and the Princesses on Clearance right now. They are the thick gel ones and are in the stationary section. I bought them before for our April trip to decorate the car windows. They held up well and are now around our house.

We found clings in Disney Princesses and other characters at out local food store. I buy them and keep them in my closet (cool dry area) till we go to WDW again.

Then use them on the resort windows (placed on the room side) and on the windows. A great way to add your own Disney theming to the room :goodvibes

Just found some print your own window cling pages! I've made an I love Mickey, Lime Green Mouse heads with our names, DIS, Disney 2009 AND made a wallpaper printout of Mickey holding a sign with New York (where we're from). I covered the little Mickey's sign that says "Happy New Year" with our town instead! I can't wait to decorate!!!!! :cool1:
