We have to drop off our RV to have maintenance, etc. done and it will take several hours. The place is about 25 min. from WIlmington, DE. I know they have outlets and a River Walk area...is it nice? What can you recommend? Thanks.

The main thing on the riverwalk is restaurants. It is nice but not much to do except have a nice meal. The outlets are ok and Delaware has tax free shopping. The Wilmington Blue Rocks stadium is right there so maybe you could schedule during a home game. I am not sure what else ther is to do. Do you have transportation or just be able to walk in that area? There is the Brandywine Zoo but too far to walk from there.

There may be more to do closer to the RV place... where exactly is it?? The Riverfront has more unrented space then not...

Thanks. Yes, we are taking our car. The RV place is in Bridgeport, NJ...as far as I can see there is NOTHING there. Another thought is the NJ Aquarium. Are the outlets right on the RIver Walk area? Can we walk to both?
The zoo sounds like a possibility. THanks.!

It really depends on if you are walking or driving once you drop off the RV. There are a few museums and a state park for hiking but not within walking distance from the riverfront area

Yes, the outlets are at the end of the Riverwalk.

Timothy's is right where the outlets are and its a pub style atmosphere. Nearby are Iron Hill Brewery and Joes Crab Shack. There's also a place called Kahunaville which is good for kids and is like smaler version of a Dave and Busters. If you are looking to shop, you coiuld head down 95 for about 15 minutes and get to the Christiana Mall, or up on 202/Concord Pike to the Concord Mall (there are a lot of restaurants on 202 also. As for the Brandywine Zoo, while it is quaint, do plan on spending too much time there cause it is small - maybe 1-2 hours tops.
