Willy Wonka?

I am SO sorry to ask this ... but is there any chance that someone might be able to design me a simple Willy Wonka (the Johnny Depp Character) water bottle wrapper and cupcake wraps for a birthday party that we are having on Sunday? Very short notice, I know ... but I thought that I could "easily" do it myself and not have to ask the favor ...

However, I have been fighting with this for hours upon end and getting nowhere ... and I still have to make decorations .... and my husband is getting ticked off at me ... and I have spent so much energy on this so far that I hate to have to give up the idea at this point ...

I would be ever so grateful ....
