William Hung?

Just curious if anyone bought William Hung's album? If yes, how did ya like it? I bet it was hilarious (haa!! haa!!)

I listened to some samples of it from the web and it's, surprisingly, pretty bad. I bet it will end up in the $1.99 bin very soon.

I really wish that were true but this morning I walked into the living room where my 10 year old son was watching FoxBox (Fox's Saturday morning cartoons) and there was....William Hung They had little mini-interviews with him like "What superhero power would you like to have?" (He'd like to be able to fly, by the way) and then a video performance. Unreal. I guess they figure he can corner the pre-teen market??? I couldn't believe it when I saw him.

Do people really enjoy his songs or is it that people just need someone to make fun of? It is almost like looking at a car wreck, you want to look away, but somehow feel compelled to continue looking.

I almost feel bad for him in a strange (can not explain) way.

I heard he is taking singing lessons and getting TV offers. His 15 seconds of fame may last a bit longer. I bet the other contestants who didn't make the Idol cut are a bit envious of Mr. Hung and his unbelievable fame.

Like he said from the beginning he doesn't understand why people like to hear him sing, but he likes to, and keeps saying how important college is and being an engineer and a singer 2nd, so this will show the younger kids, stay in school and get an education, and you can still have your fun on the side!

He's a smart kid who's laughing all the way to the bank

I think the broad appeal to everyone is he's honest on who is he and and he seems to be an honest person....so he won't last too long in Tinseltown, so he should make his money, have some laughs..and invest!!!LOL!


If he can parlay his minutes to months, god bless him!lol!
