We only married in March, but already I can't wait to do a vow renewal in 5 years!

I was just wondering how many Disney brides will go on to do a Disney vow renewal too?

I don't really know... I think the earliest we would do one is ten years... just too much other stuff (fun and otherwise) to spend our money on to do one at the five-year mark. I'd rather spend it on trips to cool places. :)

But we'll see how I feel in eight or nine years. It might be nice to do an intimate renewal, just the two of us. Or maybe cruiseline! Or maybe something non-Disney in some exotic locale.

I voted don't know...

While I LOVED my Disney wedding, and think I might like to do it again, I think I'd like to save it for one of the "big" anniversaries (10, 20).

We'll go to Disney as often as we can, but for now, I like keeping the memory of my Disney wedding as "once in a lifetime" special.

I would definately love to do one, but maybe in 10 years! There are so many other things I'd like to get out of the way, but i'd really like to do an Intimate VR!!

I voted I don't know. While I would love to get all dressed up and be a bride again, there are just too many other things that DH and I want to do. If we do have a vow renewal, I would guess it wouldn't be for a while - maybe 20 or 25 years.

I very much want to do a Disney vow renewal. I'd like to do another custom if at all possible, just with a much smaller guest list. I think it would be wonderful to get to enjoy all the fun of planning another Disney "wedding" without the stress that goes along with weddings. There's no way we could afford it for our 5th anniversary, but I'm hoping to do it sometime after that. A girl can dream! :)

i voted i dont know because you nevr know what life will bring. But will on this trip we really did mention it a few times - for our VR we are going to do this...

we will consider one in 10- 15 years on a smaller scale.

I voted even tho' I wasn't a Disney bride! :p

We married (10 years ago) at home due to family but I always wanted a Disney wedding, so we're having an Intimate Disney Vow Renewal at the pavilion to compensate! It's also to celebrate my 40th Birthday as I never thought I'd be lucky enough to reach that age (it's a mental thing!! ).

It's still well over a year away but I'm sooo excited already and love reading these boards and seeing everyones beautiful photo's.

I voted Don't Know. We haven't even hit 1-year yet but we were discussing it as two of our couple friends are hitting 10-years this summer. We agreed possibly at the 10-year mark to do a VR, but DH said not Disney, we did that already. Maybe at the hotel where we got engaged on the beach, that would be very special :lovestruc

I don't know when we would do a VR, but we've dicsussed doing another intimate at either the 5 or 10 year mark, but we have to get married first!

I think its important to celebrate staying together just as much as joining together.

We haven't even had our Disney FT Wedding yet, and we're already talking about a 10-year Intimate VR! Or maybe a CUSTOM!

Best part- this time my mom won't have any say! hehe!

DH and I are planning to renew our vows every year, preferably DFTW. We are doing sunset pointe this year. Not for everyone, but we enjoy celebrating our life together.

Though I am sure the information is NOT hard to get I figured easier to just ask YOU  have you looked into the cost of vow renewal? I too got married at home regular traditional wedding and WISH I had gone with my heart and done Disney! Though I had a BEAUTIFUL DAY! No real regrets just like dreaming.......I'd love to know BALLPARK what it would cost to do a VOW RENEWAL!!! THANKS

I'm booking my Intimate with a UK agent (wedding package is £2,379) and have been told it's the same price as an Intimate wedding, as it's basically the same.
We're being rather extravagant and having the pavilion which if you book direct with Disney is $3350 plus tax (plus an officiant) but it's all the 'extra's' that really add up - Cindy's coach $2500 (ouch!) Mickey and Minnie $1,000+ plus the video and photo's and of course our airfare and hotel. We are rather lucky tho' as we've never had kids, both got reasonable jobs and so now we can afford to spoil ourselves and do it. Our wedding was very nice, but as we paid ourselves we did cut back on some things so here's the dream I've been waiting for! I would guess it's like most things - you can do it for less, depends what you want.

Great info THANKS SO MUCH. I am thinking and have been hinting this is something I would like to do for our 10 year anniversary. 7 years to go!!!

I voted YES! We will probably do a ten year VR and are looking at a small custom so that we can invite more of our friends than we were able to with our intimate ceremony last year. Although it depends on what packages are available when we look into it more. We for sure want a dessert party!

I am not able to have my wedding at Disney (too many family and friends would kill me, I will have 250 at wedding) but we are disneymooning of course, and so instead of a Disney wedding, I wasnt a vow renwal after 10 years. yyaaayy!
