This looks great to me! Looks like you are very organized :) Personally, Teppan Ido was not my favorite food, but the chef is fun. Whispering Canyon Cafe is great, especially if you have young kids. I would just recommend making sure you fastpass a ride before going to your reservations (especially since you will be leaving Magic Kingdom for Chef Mickey's) so that it will be ready or almost ready when you're done -- right back into the fun without the line!

Have an amazing trip! (And don't forget your list of ADRs -- that's something I would do!)

If you have a Japanese steak house in your town, I would skip Teppan Edo. For some folks it is their favorite place to eat in Disney, but we frequent Japanese food here in town. Frankly, most of the places here are less expensive, better quality, and more food.

If you don't have a Japanese steak house that you go to, then go and enjoy! We, however, will stick to the ones here in our town.

For you DHS lunch, SCI -FI DINE IN!!!!!!! Yummy burgers, great shakes, and very cool atmosphere!

Man, that's a lot of food...but it looks good.

Only a couple of things stood out to me and you've probably already thought of them. For Chef Mickey's at 11:15, if it matters, you might want to double check that it's breakfast at that time. They do add lunch hours sometimes and seem to especially do that if there's a dining plan special going on.

No way my family could do an 11:00 clock close of a park and then be at another park for breakfast at 8:00 am...especially 6 or 7 days into the vacation...but my family has trouble getting to any park openings regardless of the night before.

I think HS is always lacking in the food options overall. The open air place by the backlot tour is kind of a nice change of pace from a four walled restaurant, but it's nothing special food-wise, but to me, there is nothing special food-wise in all of HS.

Thanks, y'all!

Teppan Edo - personally speaking, I'd rather not go back there. Just not that special. But, for some reason, the rest of my family feels it's a "must do." That's why I originally scheduled it for our first day to get it out of the way. But, with my luck, we'll miss it and then they'd all be mad at me...which is why I have the 2nd reservation later in the week.

Tutto Italia is also not that important to us. But, I figured if there was any chance we might be at Epcot that day, then better to have the ADR than not. It's skipable, in my opinion.

Sci-Fi...we love Sci-Fi, but won't have a lunch open while at DHS except for the Mama Mia timeframe when we have the Fantasmic Dinner package.

Chef Mickey's at 11:15 - currently that's listed as a breakfast. Would they change that and make it lunch this late in the game?

11:00 park closing and 8:00 ADR...my thought is that the family would have spent the whole day resting. But, you may have a point. Might have to look at that again.

If anyone has a recommendation for a good place to get a Quick Service Dinner at DHS - especially close to the Fantasmic theatre - I'd appreciate it.

DHS is our least favorite park for dining options; although, the little counter service area right across from the theatre has some ok choices. Rosie's All American Cafe has burgers and chicken nuggets, and Catalina Eddie's has pizza, salad and sandwiches.

In that same plaza is Fairfax Fare, which has ribs and chicken as well.

Have you thought of trying to get Crystal Palace reservation for before the park opens? We got one last summer and it was so cool to walk down Main Street with only a few other people around. I got some really great photos of just our family in front of the castle.

For your DHS day, for dinner, you could either go ahead & make another ADR for Sci-Fi or you could eat dinner at your resort before going back to DHS - since you were planning on going back to your resort after lunch anyway.

For counter-service in DHS, we enjoy Toy Story Pizza Planet.

Our family has a hard time making rope drop after a late night (especially later in our vacation) too! I remember last time, we got there on a Monday, had AK planned for the following Sunday (after being in the MK the night previously until midnight), &, that morning, we woke up & were like, "Forget it!"

But I think your plan looks good!!! And very well-organized! And fun!! ;)

I've gone back and forth on this and I *really* like this idea, but...the stress of getting everybody up and out the door would cause me to be angry all day. I just can't do it. I can' live with not making rope-drop, but I'd seriously spend my whole day mad at my family if they didn't get out the door in time for that early ADR.

We do early CP breakfast everytime we go to WDW. It truly is an amazing experience to be "all by ourselves" walking down Main Street USA! I would strongly reccomend it to any Disney fan!:thumbsup2
