I think Im going to move the spare tire from one of the storage bins to the bumper via a spare tire rack.

Now this is where you come in, I have seen the Fort Wilderness spare tire cover, someone posted a pic of a stack of them in the general store.

is there any way I can get someone to buy me one and mail it to me? ID gladly prepay for the item and shipping.

Disney isn't selling resort specific merchandise anymore and I think these have been sold out for some time now. I think that the only place you can find them now is on ebay.
