We will be at home as the roads are far too treacherous to travel on. We are in the midst of a Big Freeze with Arctic temperatures. We were hoping to see some of my family this week but have decided to cancel and will just celebrate when the weather improves. So we will have some belated :santa: presents!

Luckily we posted all the children's gifts a few weeks back, so they will have theirs on the day.

Be safe. Merry Christmas

We will be at home all morning until going to my Grandma's around 3pm for dinner. We used to run all around on Christmas but over the past few years we decided to get together with my dad's side later in the week that way we have more time to spend instead of feeling like we are in a time crunch.

Yes- for the first time since I've owned my own house! We're having people over for a late lunch. It's going to be nice not to have to go anywhere- especially for the boys!

yes....first time in a few years.
We have been flying down here to AZ the last few years. This year we are here in the new house. :yay:
We are hosting.....DS, DDIL, DD and 3 of their friends.

I voted part of the day. We'll probably head to the movies later in the afternoon.

That'll be my 49th day in the hospital. So no.

No, I wish, but my father is coming for lunch, then we go to my mother's for supper. It is a very small gathering, and THEN we come home. :woohoo::woohoo:

DH has to work Xmas again, so we will be doing Xmas at our house the 24th morning, and then at night head to SIL's.

Yes, this year it will be the 4 of us. :) It will be nice to not have to go anywhere all weekend. Gpa Wayne is coming over on Friday for our Christmas Eve dinner and to give the girls their gifts, Christmas Day it's just us. :)

No, we leave Christmas Eve to spend the next four days in WI Dells at the Wilderness with my family. :grouphug:

I actually don't have to work this Christmas, so we're all spending the day at my parents' house. I worked last Christmas and every other holiday this year, so I'm glad I have Christmas weekend off. And then one of my coworkers tried to talk me into working for her, under the reasoning that I "have no kids, so it's not that important" to me. :headache:

Not sure yet. We are supposed to drive to OH to visit family on the 23rd/24th (and return home on the 27th), but if the weather looks too iffy, we will stay home in NC. We might get a white Christmas, anyway- they are forecasting a good chance of snow here on the 25th- first time Charlotte would have a white Christmas in over 60 years!!

 I'm glad you didn't work for her!

We always travel for the holidays. This year we will be in Hollywood staying at Universal Studios for the long weekend! :yay:

We'll be in Epcot for the day.

YES! FINALLY! all my life, we've been expected to spend Christmas Day at my grandparents' house. my DD, who is now 13, has never gotten to spend a quiet Christmas Day at home, playing with her gifts. but she will this year! my brother and his family will be here december 23rd-24th, so my family is doing lunch on Christmas Eve, and i've informed my grandmother we're staying home on Christmas Day. THANK YOU LORD! :worship:
