Will we see any Christmas & what's the average temp. mid Nov.?

Hi everybody-
We are going to WDW from 11/10-11/20. One week on property (POR) and three days off. I was wondering if we will get to see any Christmas decorations? We are hoping to take Christmas Pictures at one of the resorts. Which resorts have the best decorations? Does anybody have any holiday pictures of the resorts? Also what will the temp be like? Should we pack more shorts or more jeans? Is there a list yet of when the decorations will go up at the resorts this year?

We will be there at the same time and was wondering the same thing. Also what are the crowds like?

We went last year from November 8th through November 15th. Decorations were starting to make their appearance at the various resorts. The Poly (where we stayed) was pretty decked out but the GF was even more so and the gingerbread house was under construction. The crowds weren't bad with the longest wait time being 20 minutes. The temperatures were warm enough for the pool every day.
