Will we need Express Plus?

We are planning on spending two days at Universal on July 13th and 14th. For those of you who are familiar with the crowd levels, can you tell me if you think we will need to purchase EP passes for those days?

July is one of the busiest times to go. I would say that you will need express during that time.

We are going the middle of June - on a Thursday -- should we buy the Express Pass before we go or wait until we got there?? Is there info on how many Express Passes they will issue on a certain day??

The middle of June is moderately busy. You may very well need express. You can wait until you get there and see if you need it. Universal Studios does not release that information to the public on how many express they will offer for sale on any given day. But it is unusual for them to sell out of express in June until at least noon. So just see if you need it and then purchase it before noon.
