Hello All !

I've been to US/IOA about 5 times... and our family is so close in age we were able to do EVERYTHING we wanted to in ONE day...

Now... with WWOHP... not so sure...

Driving in on Saturday May 26th... one of their busiest days for SURE....

We'll do US/IOA that afternoon... and the morning of Sunday May 27th...leaving the parks at 3pm.

What are the chances that we will be able to do Forbidden Journey?

We will not have onsite priviledges, early hours, etc.

We can try to go early 5/27 but I'm not confident I'll get these folks up and going.
It's ME46, DH47, and DS20, DSGF19, DD19, DD18.....

I suppose I have "visions" of Toy Story Mania and heading there immediately to get FP's right after getting to DHS IF we had any plans of riding it..
OR maybe the excitement has slowed down a Bit ?

well, you could try for FJ in the last hour the park is opened on that Saturday.
Lines do thin out an hour or so before park closing.

and, if you are in line for FJ and the park does close, you will be allowed to do the ride.

aim for Sunday morning. get there early, wait in line for when the general admission is let in.
be at the parking garage EARLY so you can find a place to park and get thru CW quickly.

there will be peeps in the potter section as onsite guests get early entry for it.

don't think it is impossible to do FJ.
go later on saturday and early on sunday.

wishing the best for you and your group that you do get on FJ easily!!

Can't you just plan on doing it first on your agenda? :confused3

If it's really important to your group, just go on back and stand in line. The queue is interesting, and you guys will probably still have things to talk about at the beginning of the trip. :)

If you don't get on it (if you see the line is too long for you to deal with), but it's still important, that alone might help the family get up early the next day.

It is still busy, It is still popular. It is going to have waits.Your options are to try before closing or get there in the morning to have the least wait, but there is still going to be waits. It is not impossible, but a matter of whether you are willing to wait for it.

Thanks all !

I'll definitely follow your advice... we'll try at the end of Saturday....:)

Maybe we'll get on...but if not the Fam will see the importance of getting there early....

I don't mind waiting in line... been there done that at WDW...

I heard when FJ first opened ... they had Four hour waits....

THAT I won't do.....:rotfl:

This will be my DS GF's FIRST trip to Orlando... and she is a Harry Potter Fan.... :thumbsup2
