Will we ever see the Illuminations Barge again?

Going to Disney the first week of Jan06, hoping to see the fire during the show. Fat Chance??? Any insiders on this board know?

As with all things Disney, you never know for sure. When the accident first happened, I was under the impression that it could and would be repaired. Now, I have seen mention that it might not be back. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Oh! I read about the barge exploding but hadn't realised it wouldn't be replaced... illuminations might look a bit odd this trip...
