I know that you only have to be over 18 to go on a disney cruise unaccompanied, but at 20, will me and my boyfriend be considered 'adults' and be able to use the adults only facilities?

I would say YES! If you are over 18, that's as "adult" as you get. Now... at "pushing 40" some of us are not quite as "adult" as others may like us to be... :goodvibes Hey Disney does that to a person! :cheer2:

thank goodness for that, sometimes it's hard to get my head round being an adult in the UK and a child in the US! Roll on turning 21 so the problem goes away!

You will be able to use the adult facilities, however you won't be able to drink alcoholic beverages.

That is exactly what I was going to say. You can use the adult areas just will not be able to drink adult drinks. Unless you go to an island that 18 is the legal age.
