Will Toy Story Mania have fast-pass?

I'm trying to get a (very!) rough schedule for our September trip, and wasn't sure if we should plan on riding this ride or Soarin first thing. . I know Soarin starts often at 9:30, but my luck we'd end up way at the end of the line, and not be done riding by park opening--and then maybe encounter a huge line at Toy Story Mania, if there's no fast-pass.

So far there has been no indication that it will have FP. So if you know that you won't be done with Soarin by park opening, don't get in line. Instead, rush to Toy Story Midway Mania and later get Soarin FPs.
