FP+ was booked last night, ADR's are booked. The only thing left to do is finish online check in and get on the plane in 2 months. However, I'm worried my plans aren't doable. It's been SO long since I've been to WDW and everything has change that I don't know if my timing on my FP's will work. Could someone just weigh in on my FP times and if our plans would work out time-wise?

I hope that photo upload worked!

FPs are automatically a minimum of one hour apart and they automatically avoid conflicts with ADRs, so even without checking your list, I don't see how you could have made a FP timing error.

general rule for fastpass plus is that if you have a meal scheduled make sure you have at least an hour and a half to get to the park you have the fastpass for if that meal is not in the same park if it is, just make sure your hour windows for the passes don't overlap or if they do they don't overlap too much so that you can't make the other fastpass hope this helps

not necessarily true

on the new updated app you can go in and it will allow you to change the times on an attraction for a new time and that new time can be whenever you choose that is available

this is when you run into problems if your not careful of the fastpasses overlapping

The photo upload worked. You have to double click on it to see if full size which is super easy to do.

FP+ is almost always doable because they are so spaced apart. They almost build in the feature that they do not conflict :-)

Feedback that may or may not be needed... :-)

go to easywdw and get one day touring plans for each of the parks. For AK you will likely be able to hit those rides before the FP+ times arrive... Use the FP+ to fill in busy times. In MK the FP+ works the best. Once you ride a ride go into the app and move your next time forward in the day. You may get 5-10 FP+ depending on the day in that park...

Thanks so much! I didn't know I would be able to change the times the day of, that's super helpful! I also figured on the AK day that we would be able to hit the safari WAAAAY before FP time. Since there are EMH that day we'll be heading to the safari first thing in the morning.

I was mostly worried about the FP times because like I said, it's been 15 years since I've been to WDW and I have no clue how long you wait in a FP line. So I didn't know if booking my times close together would cause any issues. I did know the system won't allow overlaps in reservations though!

Love it! Your spreadsheet looks a lot like mine. :D Let's see. My earliest block is 6:30 yours is 5am... we never get up at 5am on these trips! And mine goes till midnight, yours cuts at 10pm.

Love T-Rex lunch on arrival day. We do that!

Why do you have meals for (2) and meals for (4)?

Tuesday 2/2 I don't care for going clear to Epcot to eat at Coral Reef. I would prefer a World Showcase place. Any WS place - to Coral Reef. But, if you like it, then cool. We ate there, it's good, just not as neat as the WS to me.

Wed 2/4, you do not need a FP to Lion King. That's a throwaway. Switch that for Dinosaur or Kali.

Thursday is nice for ADRs... early CP and dinner at Ohana. What I don't like here is you have POTC (adventureland) SM (tomorrowland) and Barnstormer (Storybook Circus) all in a row. You want to criss-cross the park like that? At a bare minimum, you could swap Barnstormer and SM, that way when you're done in Frontierland, you can hop the train over to Storybook Circus and hit Barnstormer, then work your way back to SM.

Friday... what's your 3rd FP? I would not Tusker and hop. You're doing H&V breakfast on 2/7, but Tusker breakfast on 2/6. Why not just do the H&V breakfast on the day you'll actually be at DHS, then do Tusker breakfast on your departure day, plus ride a couple things at AK?

If your Tusker breakfast is set in stone due to ADR availability, then why not make this your AK day and move DHS to Wed? A 9:20 H&V should not be hard to find - everyone else is riding rides at this time. Arrive at DHS, rope drop TSMM, then get breakfast, then do RR and TOT in the afternoon. It would cut down on hopping.

Are you using DME? If so, it appears they want you to arrive for the bus up to 3 hours prior to your flight. I would change to a later flight if that is an option.

The (2) (4) is for dining credits. How many the meal will cost to be more specific.

As for the Lion King FP it's mainly just because at AK there are only so many things we'll be able to do. We're bringing our 2 year old with us, so AK is a day focused solely on things he loves, with the exception of Everest. That's the one adult thing thing we'll do that day! I would have LOVED to have booked a FP for dinosaur because my son is OBSESSED with them. But if I remember correctly, the ride might be a bit too scary for him. Even though he is a total thrill seeker. (ETA: He's also too short! Only 36" currently!) I'm now considering just booking it and doing a rider swap with my husband.

Barnstormer was kind of a throw away. I wasn't even sure if I was going to need a FP for it. I can go through and change times though! Thanks for that breakdown!

I do have a Tusker reservation for Wednesday at 8:10 that I didn't write on the spreadsheet. I was actually considering cancelling it because we wanted to get there for EMH and not be in at breakfast. I suppose though with my Safari FP already booked, I could just go ahead and keep it for Wed, and cancel for Friday. The Hollywood studio FP is up in the air for me (i think, it's so hard to plan this far ahead). It's all adult stuff that I booked so my husband and I could swap off with the toddler and do a few adult things. We originally planned to do 2 MK and 2 AK days and just hit up Epcot and HS for the shows/dinners we had planned. I think I'm hesitant to spend EMH eating because I've read so much here about how it's best to hit the safari as soon as it opens.

I've been hunting for an H&V breakfast for Friday for weeks, nothing so far, but if something does open up.

We are using DME, and a later flight change IS an option. I just haven't decided if we're going to do it yet. I'm worried with a 2 year old and no option to go back to the hotel after 11am might not be a good idea. That part is still a bit up in the air.
