Will this hurt anything?

On my reservation online, it has my flight listed for Magical Express however for the times it has 12:00 a.m. for my arrival and departure though those are not the times I'm coming or going. Do I need to call someone again or is this how everyone's is listed?

As long as your RESORT is listed correctly, it's okay the way it is and you don't have to call.

Mine are listed the same way, when I called CRO to give them my flight info the CM told me they only needed the flight numbers not the times, I wondered myself if this was correct or not at the time.
I have used ME in the past but I don't recall if they listed the flight times before or not

Magical Express is on a different system than the Walt Disney Travel Company.

The Magical Express systems have internal information for all inbound flight to MCO. So when DME gets your flight number from the Walt Disney Travel company, their systems populate your reservation with the latest information for flight times. If your flight times change, Magical Express will know about it so long as the flight number itself hasn't changed.

It REALLY doesn't affect luggage delivery either, because as I understand it, they have crew behind the scenes to pull any and all luggage with the yellow DME tags. So as long as the resort is correct, your luggage will be properly routed.

I am looking at my DME packet, for our July 31 arrival at BWV. It shows my airline and the flight number and nothing else.
Nothing for our departure since we aren't departing the area at the end of that particular reservation.
But..the packet for my dh's departure lists just him..nothing for dd and I. And again, it's the airline and the flight number..no times.

There isn't even a spot to list a time...either for arrivals or departures. So, having times obviously isn't a big issue for DME.
