Will they allow a late payment??

Hi! I've booked direct with disney- I know we need to pay 60 days before our trip which is the 21st of Jan but my DH doesn't get paid until the 24th- if I ring up and make them aware we will be 3 days late will this be ok??
I hate leaving things til the last minute but Xmas got in the way! :) x
 
Is it really 60 days? I booked also and they said it's 30 days. I asked few times for confirmation and they said yes, 30 days. I made a booking for 31 st March, so they confirmed I'd have to pay on 1st March.
 
Thank you so much for that- I thought I'd read somewhere on here that it was 60 days! Fingers crossed I'm wrong then it won't matter! :) xx

I don't know if it helps, but I've just checked my confirmation and this is what it says:

II.1.3 Payment Arrangements
- Balance: The remaining balance of the total cost of your booking must be paid in full no later than sixty (60) days before your Arrival Date, or your Departure Date if transport* is included. The same credit card will be used to debit balance on such date unless you advise us otherwise at least 65 days prior to your Arrival Date, or your Departure Date if transport* is included. If you pay by UK Maestro, you are required to call back no later than sixty (60) days prior to your Arrival Date, or your Departure Date if transport* is included, for us to debit balance.

This is why I was so surprised, when he said 30 days. I asked few times, so he even told me the date :lmao: Maybe it varies for different countries?

I booked using the Dutch offer so I don't have a clue, my confirmation email is in Dutch!! Haha x
 
I think the UK is 60 days and I know France is 30 days so the rest of Europe must be the same, each country gas different t&cs

Use google translator. Look for dates and numbers.
 
I booked for Feb this morn inning and the planner advised that as it was less than 60 days until our arrival, payment in full was required.

Fingers crossed you get it sorted
 
Thank you for everybody's help! Just made a payment and I thought I'd update incase it helps anyone else.
It turns out because I used the Dutch offer not the uk offer, the balance isn't due until 30 days before not 60 so I didn't need to worry after all! :thumbsup2
 
How did you managed to use Dutch offer? I wanted to use UK's, but they wouldn't let me as I'm not from UK.
 
I just called the reservation line and explained that I wanted to use the Dutch sites offer. The American lady had to transfer me to the French call centre as she wasn't able to do it but once I had been put through it wasn't a problem.

Unless I'm wrong- I think if you live in Europe you have a right to book using any other European sites offer.

Call back and say you want to use whatever countries offer, I have never had a problem. Disney have even said this is ok to do.

I already booked, offer is gone, so no point. But next time...
