Will there be fireworks before 9 in early Dec?

We will there for the first weekend in December and I'm disappointed that the calendar shows fireworks nightly around 9. I was hoping since it's dark so early that they would do fireworks earlier since my kids are little. Our only trip as a family was last year in September and DS was almost 4 and kept falling asleep before the fireworks started. Will they add anymore fireworks shows or is there only one?

Sorry, but it's highly unlikely that they would move the fireworks to an earlier time and it's even less likely that they'd do two shows in the same night. At best there might be a few small fireworks at the end of the castle show.

Sorry but I to am in agreement that it is very unlikely that more will be added. All I can suggest is maybe try to nap your little ones in the late afternoon.
I know how it is to have little ones, My youngest was 17 months, 3 and 4 the last 3 times we went and has missed WOC and F!, surprisingly he stayed awake for the fireworks when he was 3 (but that might have had something to do with the huge lollypop he ate while waiting ) I would suggest still going as they are amazing to see!

I just looked up the schedule today and they have weekday fireworks at 8.

On weekends, fireworks are displayed between the two Fantasmic showings. That's why it's at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Weekdays they do fireworks at 8:00 p.m.

We go to DLR in early December every year and never has there been a bonus fireworks display earlier in the evening. Sorry, but they keep to the schedule.

The first weekend in Dec is Candlelight. The second performance is at 8pm.They couldn/t do an early fireworks as it would interfere.

What is the castle show and when is it? We will have Fri-Mon nights to see any nighttime shows.

They light the trees and the castle in stages, sort of bringing it to life. Pretty nice. The 6th and 7th are Candlelight processional. At 515p or so, the Christmas Carolers will leave from IASW and walk the parade route with candles singing carols til they get to the train Station on Main St.

The second performance is at 8pm (its about 40 mins) , Fantasmic! will be at 9pm and fireworks at 925p.

ETA - Don't forget about the tree lighting in both Disneyland and DCA (happens about 5pm.) and Cars Land lighting.
