Will there be AP discounts for this March?

Does anyone know if the AP discount has been offered at this time in the past? We're hoping to get our friends into the WL 3/14-3/20. We already are booked there through our DVC points, and would love for them to join us, but the rates are pretty steep! Thanks!

We stayed at a moderate resort last March with an AP Holder discount, but Disney still hasn't released the AP Holder discounts past 2/14 of this year.
