Will there be a problem adding a person

We have decided to let DD take a friend with us to Disney, we will be there on April 6 , will it be a problem adding her friend to our reservation this late ? I tried to call but Disney reservations is closed Thanks

No it is not a problem. We have added people when we arrived already.

The only way it would be a problem is if the person you add takes you over the 10 person limit for a campsite or 6 for a cabin. We have added people after we check in. DD had a friend with a family emergency so we went back to house and brought her over to stay with us for Halloween. We are only 1 1/2-2 hours away.

If your just camping there should'nt be any problem. Just remember, if you have a package with dining and tickets you may want to call. Also if you made dining resies you may want to call them also.
We just got back yesterday and I saw a few sites with more than 10, but they may have other sites and just gathering at one.

No dining or reservations for dinner , we booked to late for that I may try to get into a couple of restaurants when we get there just because DD's friend has never been to Disney and would like her to experience it but we do have tickets park hoppers and thats what I need to purchase for her friend and add her onto ours so she can go to the parks early/late for resort guest.

I called yesterday to add 2 people to our campsite (that makes 6 people total) and the man told me there would be an extra charge. I think I'll try again with another reservation agent.

I added my Son and DIL after my original reservation. Some one on the board said there could be a charge after 2 adults, there was none. When I checked in, the CM called someone and verified this.
They stayed at another hotel, not Disney. I wanted to get them a parking pass. The CM gave me a parking pass for them, no problem. No xtra charge.

We just left the Fort this morning. We brought 4 extra people and it was no problem and no extra charge.
But if the child is going to ride a horse, she will need to have her parents sign a waiver before hand.

In our experience, it is best to add after you are there. As mentioned previously you can camp with 10 people. Our guests even use Magical Express and got a parking pass at no extra charge. We just checked them in after they arrived.
