Will there be a fall discount for Disneyland Resort stays?

Are fall discounts a standard thing like Disney World, or is not likely as to the new Cars opening. If there are when do they typically come out?

Last year they came out in July for late summer/september, and the rest of fall came out late August.

I dug through all the posts this morning We have reservations for the end of September at PPH but I'm really hoping better rates than 10% off for the AP come out.
