Will the rides be working on AP Preview June 11th?

I ask this because one of the reports from the preview/tour of Carsland last week said that none of the rides were working (except for a surprise treat on Mater's whachamacallit)...

Do you think the preview my husband won will be like that? No rides...?

No everything should be fully functioning on that day! The point of soft opening is not only to have people get on the new stuff early, its also to let CMs practice boarding and line procedures before opening day. So yes, unless there is a breakdown somewhere it should be fully open!

And the preview last week wasnt a soft opening, it was just a special guide tour of the new land from the imagineers who created it, so it was a bit different in its function.

Given the fact that there will be Annual Passholders paying $50 (or more) for the privilege of getting in early on the Saturday and Sunday before, I think we can safely assume the rides will be operational by then.

I have a friend whose husband works at WDI .... They had their special event this past Saturday and she went on RSS 4 times and said it was amazing.
