Will the Resort hold our bags after we check out?

Looking at flights and there is a 9pm flight that is much cheaper. Wondering if we are taking the Magic Express to the airport from one of the resorts, will Disney hold onto our bags until we depart?

As @Maggie'sMom stated above, yes! Disney will do all it can to keep you at WDW spending money.

If you don't need your luggage, you can take to bell services where they airline check in in the morning. Your bags will be will be in your home city when your disembark the plane. I do this. I keep a small bag in bell services with a change of fresh clothes.

Do keep in mind that Magical Express will only transport you from the hotel at which you had your reservation. You can't simply go to any resort and hop on a ME bus.

And your ME bus will probably leave the resort three hours in advance.
