Will the Maelstrom Replacement Follow the Same Route or Will it be All New?

Will we be able to kind of gage the opening for the ride based on when they begin making FP selections available for it?

They don't open FP selections until they announce an opening date.

I read on AllEars that opening is scheduled for May 1, 2016....Hopefully there will be soft openings the last week in April.
