Will the full Christmas parade run if it is raining?

We will be in the parks this Friday/Saturday (12/13 - 12/14) and the forecast is showing 50% chance of rain. Do you know if the full Christmas parade will still run if it happens to be raining? What about the Mannheim Steamroller concert?

I'm just hoping the forecast is wrong or at least not for the evening!
