Will the Fountainview Cafe be open in Sept?

We are going in Sept with a group of 12 and I am trying to plan everything to the best of my ability. I have read the Fountainview Cafe has not been open lately and I was wondering if anyone knows if it will be in Sept. I am trying to find a snack breakfast at Epcot with decent coffee. I really appreciate everyones help and couldn't have done it without this site! Thanks everyone!!!
