We will most likely stay at the Dolphin our 2nd 1/2 of our WDW 14 night magical vacation.

We like to fly SWA.
The one with the A-B-C sit where you want tickets.

I know the WDW resorts are willing to sign on to the web with your info and
print out your SWA seat tickets 24 hours in advance.
Would the Dolphin do the same ? :confused3
Would I have to go to the convention area at the Dolhin to get to the web and print out my seat tickets ? - or - Would the front desk do it for me ?

Thanks :paw:

They wouldn't do it at the front desk for us, so this is what we did....

My husband always brings his laptop, so we went online and grabbed our A boarding passes. We had them printed when we checked our luggage at MCO.

You can use the Dolphin business center if you don't have computer access.

I stayed at the Dolphin in July and they referred me to the business center which is tucked away in the Convetion area. You had to use a credit card to access the internet and then print out your boarding passes it did cost about
$3.00 to do it. All the Disney hotels will print out your boarding passes for you at the front desk.

Lives4Disney has a good point: you don't need to print out the boarding passes until you reach the airport, as long as you go online and snag your 'A' passes at the 24-hour point.
SWA has help-yourself kiosks that will print out your A passes for you as long as you checked in early enough from the resort. The kiosks also print them on the more conveniently-sized card stock, not an 8-1/2 x 11 piece of paper.

Thank you for all the info.
I will find the convention center during our stay - so I do not panic at the 24 hour plus 10 minutes before our flight time.

I assume it's exactly 24 hours before - so if our flight leaves at 8:30 AM Saturday - then I should be signed on at 8:25 AM Friday and wait to put in my confirmation number at 8:30 AM Friday.

Now - what if I have 4 seat tickets to get ? Do I have one confirmation number for my whole family - or do I have 4 confirmation numbers - one for each member of my family ?

When I reserve the flight on-line - I will reserve 4 tickets for the whole family.

Sorry for so many questions - I have never done this before - as you might have guessed :rotfl:

You cant check in until 12:01 am on the day of your flight. I dont know if the center will be open then.

SWA changed their policy. You can check in 24 hours before your flight. That may help.

Thank you to all- you have helped me understand how to get our SWA seating hopefully A tickets. ;)

Haven't stayed at the Dolphin but all other Disney hotels will print them for you. The Poly did for us when we stayed offsite. :Pinkbounc

You will have to get 4 boarding passes and you will have separate confirmation numbers for each ticket. They do mean EXACTLY 24 hours. Be ready!! When we used to stay up and get our passes at 12:01 am, a few times we were number 1 - 5, but several times, we would come in at #10 and up!! People are just chomping at the bit to get those A passes!!

Good luck! It will work out!

In July we had a few people in our group who were taking SWA. We actually sent down my son with her information and didn't have a problem at the Dolphin getting her seat assignment.

Have a great trip!

Actually, when you make your reservations, if you put in 4 passengers, it will ask for their names and such. You will be given one Record Locator Number (or confirmation number). When you need to check in it will ask for that number. All four persons should come up. You will have to place a check mark in boxes next to their names to get their boarding passes.
