Yes, they will take and store your luggage until your room is ready.

It's always been our experience that you need to be in your room before they will bring the luggage to it.

Yes!! At OKW they often store the luggage in the patio area however. If you have a car at OKW I would just leave it in the car until your room is ready.

You may want to consider checking the luggage containing your toiletries and cosmetics. The heat buildup in a closed vehicle can do a lot of damage on those items on a hot day.
